UX designer
During my Master’s in UX Design, collaborating with TPX, we aimed to reduce campus waste at Loughborough University. Crafting personas, gathering data, and integrating psychological strategies enhanced recycling motivation in the app. Prototyping and user testing refined the app for student usability.
UX designer
Designed an iOS e-tour service, cutting local government costs and attracting tourists. Conducted user studies, analyzed data with Nvivo/SPSS, and crafted user journey maps for conservation awareness. Developed prototypes in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, collaborated for implementation, and held regular progress presentations.
